3.4 Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation window: Please let us know if something comes up during your scheduled time. We would love to be able to reschedule you first, but if needed, a refund can be made so long as you cancel 12 hours before your shoot!

If canceled 12 hours before the shoot full refund

If canceled within 12 hours of the shoot (for non-medical or family emergency) than a refund of half the deposit

Rescheduling terms

Photographer cancellation clause:

If I need to cancel 12 hours before a shoot, than 20% of your original deposit will be refunded

If I need to cancel 12 hours before a shoot and I am unable to reschedule in a sufficient amount of time (within 2 weeks of the original shoot date), than 25% of your original deposit will be refunded

If I cancel within 12 hours of the shoot and we can reschedule within 2 weeks, than 30% of your original deposit will be refunded

If I cancel within 12 hours of the shoot and I am unable to reschedule in a sufficient amount of time (within 2 weeks of the original shoot date), than 50% of your original deposit will be refunded

If I need to cancel 12 hours before a shoot and we are unable to reschedual a full refund will be issued back to your the client
3.5 Image Delivery

Delivery timeline: I try my hardest to be as transparent as possible. I am a student, business owner & pilates instructor! Depending on the shoot, length, and style, please give me 2-6 weeks to send photographs back to you!

Format: I only send back digital galleries. If you would like prints i have contacts, but I cannot complete that for you!

Number of images: it depends on the length of the shoot and the number of participants!

Backup/storage duration: I will only keep the albums sent on hand for a month, as the client you are responsible for downloading and keeping hold of your photos
